New Lives School

New Lives School is a school located and ran by the Fort Worth Independent School District.  It is an alternative school for pregnant and/or parenting teens who attend different grade levels, ranging from grades 6 - 12.  Students attending the New Lives School are able to continue their academic coursework and earn credits towards graduation.

The New Lives School services include parenting classes for gaining skills neccessary for raising a child, on-campus social workers, full-time school nurses, well-baby and public healthcare services, YMCA for children, survival skills classes, and postnatal classes.  All of these services are offered to the young teens, all while they earn their normal education.

For more information on how to help New Lives School, please visit the New Lives School website or contact the ARMA Fort Worth Vice President of Community Relations, Debroah Bingham.
